Tapas, stemning og spansk musik – lyder det ikke som en god kombi? Kombinationen af disse tre ting er netop, hvad du oplever, når du spiser på Casa Colon. Jeg har besøgt Casa Colon op til flere gange, da min familie og jeg har holdt ferie i Sydspanien i rigtig mange år. Derfor har jeg også oplevet en udvikling i mine besøg, da det er tydeligt, at deres horisont for allergener er langt større i dag.

Da jeg først besøgte restauranten for 4-5 år siden, var restauranten ikke helt med på, hvad det var jeg ikke kunne tåle, og dengang spiste jeg hverken løg, mælk eller gluten – så derfor meget svært for fremmede at lave mad om noget, som de ikke helt kender til. På trods af det, var det stadigvæk var en god oplevelse. De har formået at lave mig lækre caprese salater samt carpaccio i lange baner – mega lækkert! Det var tydeligt at, hvis jeg besøgte Casa Colon nogle måneder senere på efterårsferie eller året efter på sommerferie havde de endnu flere muligheder for allergener. Senest var sommeren 2018, hvor mulighederne var endnu større, og jeg kunne være med på en lidt større tapasmenu med min familie, da vi besøgte Casa Colon.
