El Muro
Befinder du dig i sydspanien nær landsbyen Benalmádena, så vil jeg klart anbefale El Muro, som ligger midt i byen med den smukkeste udsigt. Min familie og jeg har spist på denne restaurant en del gange, og det er bestemt et sted vi kommer tilbage til. De har glutenfrie muligheder, bl.a. glutenfri paella (!!), hvilket de også markerer på deres menukort. Derudover, er der også en hyggelig spansk stemning, og sidder man der når mørket falder på, er det også en helt fantastisk oplevelse. Tjenerne er ligeledes gode til at tag hensyn til allergener og af, hvad jeg har oplevet, yder de en indsats for at man får det, som man ønsker.
Alt i alt er besøget på El Muro helt fantastisk til dels på grund af den hyggelige stemning, men også fordi de har lækre glutenfrie retter <3
