Glutenfri havrepandekager
Jeg fik lavet de lækreste glutenfrie havrepandekager i weekenden, og da resultatet blev godt, vil jeg selvfølgelig dele opskriften. Jeg havde dagen forinden lavet havregrød med chiafrø, og da jeg fik lavet for meget, røg det derfor i køleskabet. Så kom jeg på idéen at lave små pandekager ud af denne rest!
Disse havrepandekager er overraskende gode, og derudover er de også sunde. Du finder opskriften herunder
Ingredienser ca. 25 stk:
- Rest havregrød af glutenfri havregryn og chiafrø, ca. 230g
- 2 dl mandelmælk
- 3 æg
- 50g mandelmel
- 90g fuldkornsrismel
- 1 tsk kanel
- 1 tak kardemomme
- Lidt salt
- Kokosolie
Tilbehør:
- Sirup/honning
- Kokosflager
- Hindbær
- Hakkede mandler
How to:
Start med at komme din rest havregrød med chiafrø i en skål, og pisk dette sammen med æggene og mandelmælken. Efterfølgende piskes kanel, kardemomme og lidt salt i blandingen. Til slut vejes mandelmel og fuldkornsrismel af og piskes i blandingen lidt ad gangen.
Herefter steges havrepandekagerne ved middel varme i kokosolie. Endeligt kan du spise pandekagerne med de toppings du godt kan lide – enjoy 💓

Glutenfree oat pancakes
During the weekend I made delicious glutenfree oat pancakes, and the outcome was very good. I made oatmeal with chiaseeds the day before and thought it would be nice to use the leftover of the oatmeal to make my pancakes. They turned out very delicious and they are also healthy. Find the recipe below.
Ingredients – 25 pieces:
- Oatmeal leftovers – around 230 grams
- 0.8 cup almondmilk
- 3 eggs
- 50g almond flour
- 90g rice flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- Salt
- Coconut oil
Toppings:
- Syrup/honey
- Coconut flakes
- Raspberries
- Almonds
How to:
First, put your oatmeal leftover in a bowl and mix it with the eggs and the almond milk. Afterwards add cinnamon, cardamom and salt and mix it into the other ingredients. Finally, add the almond flour and rice flour in small amounts and mix.
Cook the pancakes in coconut oil on a hot pan. When they are all cooked you can enjoy the pancakes with the toppings you prefer. 💓
