Tunsalat
Normalt synes jeg, at salater er en smule kedelige, men når jeg ikke kan tåle gluten, er det et godt alternativ som glutenfri frokost, som også mætter. Det kræver selvfølgelig, at man har tiden og er hjemme til frokost, hvis man vil lave sin egen.. ellers kan man jo altid finde en salat ude et sted, hvis man er på farten.
Jeg prøver altid at lave en salat (finde en, hvis jeg er ude i byen), hvor der er så meget i som muligt for, at den mætter og ikke er nær så kedelig. Når jeg laver en salat derhjemme, putter jeg forskellige ting i, og du kan se et eksempel på en salat nedenfor!

Tunsalat derhjemme:
- Spinat
- Olivenolie
- Tun
- Smilende æg
- Emmentaler ost
- Nødder (f.eks. hasselnødder)
- Kerner (f.eks. græskarkerner)
- Rødløg
- Peberfrugt
- Cheerytomater
