Palæo tilbyder både morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad og hele menukortet er glutenfrit! Jeg har spist hos Palæo mange gange, og er vild med det hver gang. Palæo har et stort udvalg af mad, og med glutenallergi, er det så dejligt at kunne vælge frit fra kortet uden begrænsinger. Det er et perfekt steder for folk med glutenallergi, men også hvis nogle er laktoseintolerante, da kortet også er laktosefrit. Efter min mening er Palæo altid et godt valg, da kvaliteten er høj og maden er sund og god!
