Top 5 glutenfrit på Nordsjælland
Bor du et sted på Nordsjælland og mangler du inspiration til glutenfrie spistesteder i nærheden? Jeg har endelig fået samlet nogle af mine favoritsteder her på Nordsjælland, som altså har glutenfri mad på menuen. Læs med nedenunder og opdag (måske) nogle nye steder!
Wedo:
Et af de første steder, som jeg vil fremhæve er helt sikkert Wedo. Jeg synes klart du skal prøve det, hvis du vil prøve noget nyt og en lækker, farverig og inspirerende salat på Nordsjælland. Wedo har en masse slags salater på menukortet, men der er også mulighed for at blande sin egen. Det jeg godt kan lide ved Wedo er, at der er mange forskellige ingredienser at vælge imellem og derudover er portioner store, så de mætter godt. Det er nok min favoritting at blande min egen, da jeg på den måde får alle mine yndlingsting i én salat!
Wedo ligger på Lyngby Hovedgade på Nordsjælland, men derudover finder du også deres restauranter rundt omkring i København. Jeg har linket til deres forskellige adresser nedenunder! Det er et super godt “go to” sted, hvis man ikke ved, hvad man skal have. Anbefaling herfra.

Pizzaria Gastronomia:
Glutenfri pizza! Hvis du elsker pizza eller bare mangler et sted at kunne købe det på Nordsjælland, så kan du hos Pizzaria Gastronomia i Espergærde Centeret tilkøbe glutenfri bund til din pizza – virkelig lækkert! Det er en rigtig fin bund efter min mening, og med alt fyldet ovenpå er det ikke til at smage, at det er glutenfrit. Gennem tiden har jeg prøvet flere forskellige glutenfrie bunde, og jeg synes rigtig godt om denne til sammenligning med andet.
Der er dejlig mange pizzaer at vælge i mellem og det koster +20DKK at tilkøbe den glutenfrie bund, men sådan er det jo alle steder. Det er et godt valg at have, hvis man ønsker hurtig frokost, aftensmad eller andet. Jeg er glad for at have dette som en mulighed og håber, at du bliver lige så glad for det. Bistro No. 3:
I den lidt mere nordlige del af Nordsjælland vil jeg anbefale Bistro No. 3, som ligger i Gilleleje. Jeg har faktisk kun været der én gang, men skal helt sikkert snart tilbage! Jeg bestilte en gedeost salat og havde slet ikke forventet den lækre portion, som blev serveret. Der var så meget lækkert i og det smagte bare så godt! Derudover kommer salaten med brød til, så jeg regnede med, at det så selvfølgelig skulle være uden for mit vedkommende.. men de havde simpelthen glutenfrit brød, som jeg fik til og som du ser på billederne.
Det var overordnet set en rigtig god oplevelse og rigtig lækker mad. Jeg skal helt sikkert en tur til Gilleleje igen og også besøge denne restaurant. Det er virkelig en anbefaling til dig, som vil prøve noget nyt eller mangler et sted med glutenfrie muligheder i nærheden af Gilleleje. Mums, er vitterligt det rigtige ord at bruge her!

Wokshop:
Wokshop er endnu et sted nordpå, hvor der er flere glutenfrie muligheder. Jeg er vild med, at der er så meget på menukortet som enten er glutenfrit eller i hvert fald kan fås glutenfrit. Derudover, har jeg kun oplevet, at personalet er bevidste om allergener, så det har kun være gode oplevelser for mit vedkommende. Normalt er der gluten i deres Pad Thai pga. soya, men jeg spørger altid, om at få den uden, så den bliver glutenfri. Det er virkelig lækkert og jeg vil helt sikkert anbefale dig at prøve det, eller blot spørge ind til dine allergier, for det har de godt styr på!
Wokshop er altid en god mulighed og et godt sted at tage hen, hvis du spørger mig. God mad og også gode portionsstørrelser! Leder du efter en Wokshop nordpå, finder du en i Rungsted Havn eller Lyngby. Derudover ligger den også flere steder i København. Find adresserne til Wokshop lige nedenunder.

J&C – Juice and Coffee:
Endeligt vil jeg anbafale en god og hyggelig café beliggende i Helsingørs gader, som nu faktisk også er åbnet på Strøget. Jeg har kun besøgt caféen i Helsingør, da den også er forholdsvis nyåbnet i København – men det må blive snart! Jeg har indtil videre prøvet deres salater, juices og kaffe, hvilket alt sammen er rigtig lækkert. Der er flere muligheder til os, som er glutenintolerente eller glutenallergikere. Derudover er der også nogle plantebaserede muligheder for dem, som ønsker det.
Jeg har endnu ikke prøvet deres sandwiches, men jeg ved, at du kan tilkøbe glutenfrit brød her! Det må være det næste jeg prøver her, for jeg er indtil videre rigtig vild med salaterne. Det fede er, at de bestemt ikke er kedelige, men derimod fyldt med forskellige lækre ting.
Så bor du i nærheden af Helsingør vil jeg da anbefale at prøve J&C Juice and Coffee eller “JFK”, som det også hedder. Eller du kan tage et smut forbi den nyåbnede i København! Du finder de to adresser nedenunder billederne.
