Pitabrød (glutenfri)
Jeg vil dele endnu en idé til glutenfri aftensmad med dig, nemlig pitabrød med kylling. Det er rigtig lækkert og nemt at lave. Jeg har desværre ikke kunne finde glutenfrie pita brød i Danmark, så jeg har lavet denne aftensmad med pitabrød købt i Sverige. De glutenfrie pitabrød, som jeg har brugt er købt i det svenske supermarked ICA. Har du ikke glutenfrie pitabrød liggende, kan du også altid bruge samme fyld, og erstatte pitabrødet med glutenfrie madpandekager! Fyldet er stadigvæk 100% glutenfrit.
Det fyld, som jeg lavede til vores pitabrød:
- Salat
- Majs
- Agurk
- Tomat
- Edamamebønner
- Rødløg
- Forårsløg
- Hjemmelavet dressing lavet af creme fraiche, frisk bredbladet persille, 1 fed hvidløg, 1 tsk olivenolie, salt og peber.
- Kylling marineret i paprika, tørret koriander og lidt chilipulver.
Dette er mit bud på glutenfri pitabrød med fyld, og du kan jo altid bare bruge det fyld, som du kunne tænke dig. Dette er bare inspiration. Hvis du skal til Sverige på noget tidspunkt, så vil jeg klart anbefale at tage forbi ICA, da de har et STORT udvalg af glutenfrie produkter, blandt andet disse pitabrød, som er virkelig gode!
