Sunde chokoladebarer
Jeg har for nyligt lavet disse lækre chokoladebarer med mørk chokolade, og jeg synes de blev rigtige gode! Hvis du er vild med mørk chokolade, er det en perfekt snack synes jeg. Er du ikke så vild med mørk chokolade, kan du altid erstatte chokoladen med mælkechokolade – så kan det blive en lille dessert i stedet for 😋 Jeg har skrevet opskriften længere nede.
Det skal du bruge til 5 barer:
- 200g mørk chokolade
- 1 håndfuld hasselnødder
- 2 håndfuld mandler
- Kokos
How to:
Start med at smelte den mørke chokolade i et vandbad på middel varme. I mens chokoladen smelter skal mandler og hasselnødder hakkes. Når chokoladen er smeltet puttes de hakkede mandler og hasselnødder i chokoladeblandingen og vendes rundt. Herefter putter du blandingen i et fad med bagepair, og dryser den ønskede mængde kokos udover (kokos kan selvfølgelig også udelades). Fadet skal nu stå i køleskabet i 1/2 til 1 time, og så er den klar til at blive skåret i stykker. Jeg skar mine i 5 stykker, men jeg synes sagtens, at stykkerne kan blive endnu mindre. Enjoy 😘
