Boathouse
Så har jeg endelig prøvet et nyt og lækkert sted – nemlig Boathouse. Dette er bestemt en restaurant, som jeg bare måtte dele, da maden er rigtig god og derudover er der fokus på gluten (og egentlig også laktose).
Boathouse ligger i København og med udsigt til vandet, så det er virkelig et pænt sted at spise synes jeg. Adressen finder du længere nede. Min familie og jeg var rigtig vild med maden, som bare var helt fantastisk og udsigten er heller ikke til at klage over – så det er jo også perfekt nu, hvor det er sommer, og man kan sidde udenfor det meste af tiden.
Vi delte et par forretter, hvor 2 af dem vi valgte var glutenfrie. Vi valgte laks og hummer, som det der var glutenfrit, og det smagte rigtig godt. Den sidste forret var indbagte rejer, så dem spiste jeg selvfølgelig ikke af. Til hovedret fik jeg kylling, som bare var stegt rigtig godt, og så med en lækker salat til. Maden og den drink som jeg fik var skøn, og jeg er virkelig tilfreds med den måde de håndterer allergener på.
Selvom maden var helt fantastisk, vil jeg dog nævne, at vores service denne aften ikke var nær så god. Vi havde desværre en uheldig aften, hvad dette angår, som resulterede i, at vi ventede meget længe på vores mad.. dette er selvfølgelig kun min oplevelse denne dag, og jeg kan derfor ikke udtale om, hvordan der er ellers er. Men den glutenfrie mad, og også det med gluten, synes min familie og jeg var så lækkert!
Jeg synes helt sikkert, at du skal prøve Boathouse, hvis du ønsker en restaurant som er god til håndtering af allergener og med fed beliggenhed 🌙

Boathouse
Finally I have tried a new and cool restaurant – Boathouse. I really wanted to share this restaurant with you because the food is incredibly good and they are good at handling allergies (especially gluten and lactose!).
Boathouse is located in Copenhagen by the canals, so I think you have a great view while visiting this restaurant! Find the location down below. My family and I enjoyed the food a lot and the view was amazing this evening – it was perfect that we could eat outside, which is possible most evenings because it is getting more hot and bright outside.
We shared some starters, and two of them were glutenfree. The glutenfree starters was salmon and lobster, and it tasted delicious. The third starter was fried prawns so obviously I did not eat those. As my main course I had chicken (cooked perfectly) with a yummy salad. My glutenfree food and the cocktail I had was very good, and I really like how they focus on allergies.
I would say that everything besides the service this evening was perfect. Unfortunately we had a less good experience with the service because we waited way too long on our food, so that was a little sad. But of course this was our experience and I do not know how it is during other evenings! But besides the service this particular evening, my family and I think that the glutenfree food and also the food containing gluten was a lovely experience!
I think you should eat at Boathouse if you are in Copenhagen and is allergic to gluten or lactose because the experience of the staff handling allergies was good and the location is good too 🌙
