Nem, sund og glutenfri pastaret

Jeg skrev i mit forrige indlæg “Hvad jeg spiser på en dag – glutenfrit”, at jeg ville dele opskriften på pastaretten, så den kommer selvfølgelig her. Det var første gang jeg lavede lige præcis denne pastaret, og jeg synes den endte med at smage rigtig godt og vil helt sikkert lave den igen. Derudover, er den rigtig nem at lave – så helt perfekt til en hverdagsaften.

Ingredienser (4 pers):

  • 500-550g glutenfri pasta 
  • 200g bacon
  • 1/4 L laktosefri fløde 
  • 3 håndfulde spinat
  • 3-4 foråsløg
  • Olivenolie
  • 300g kikærter
  • Paprika
  • Parmesan ost 
  • Salt og peber

How to:

Hæld først vandet fra kikærterne. Put en smule olivenolie på panden og tænd på 8. Kikærterne steges på panden, og efter 2 min. ca. skrues der ned på ca. 5. Paprika drysses udover kikærterne, og så skal der bare vendes i det løbende. Hvis du vil have mere fut i, så skruer du bare op. Når kikærterne har en flot gylden farve, er de færdige og sættes derefter til siden på en tallerken.

Steg bacon på panden og hæld derefter fløde i, og lad det stå på høj varme og tilføj salt og peber. I mens kan du koge vandet til pastaerne og sætte dem i, når vandet koger. Nu fløden har stået og kogt lidt tilføjes spinaten og forårsløgene. Et par minutter inden pastaen er færdig, hældes kikærterne i flødeblandingen, og når pastaen er klar hældes de i og vendes rundt. Tilføj parmesan på din servering, hvis det lyster 🙏🏼

Easy, healthy and glutenfree pasta

I told in my recent post “What I eat in a day – glutenfree”, that I would share the pasta recipe, and here it is. It was my first time making this pasta recipe, but I think the outcome was very delicious, and I would definitely make it again. Also, it is very easy to make – perfect as dinner during the week.

Ingredients (4 pers):

  • 500-550g glutenfree pasta
  • 200g bacon
  • 1/4L lactosefree cream
  • 3 handfuls of spinach
  • 3-4 spring onions
  • Olive oil
  • 300g chickpeas
  • Paprika
  • Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper

How to:

Remove the water from the chickpeas. Add some olive oil to a hot pan. Cook the chickpeas on the pan and turn down the heat after 2 minutes. Add some paprika to the chickpeas and let them cook for a while. When they seem finish and have a nice color they are done. Put them on a plate while you continue with the following steps.

Afterwards cook the bacon on the same pan and add the cream when the bacon is done. Let the cream cook with the bacon, salt and pepper. While it cooks, prepare the water for the pasta and cook the pasta. Now the cream will be very hot and creamy and you can add the spinach and spring onions. A couple of minutes before the pasta is done, add the cooked chickpeas to the cream, and when the pasta os done, add it to the pan with cream, spinach, spring onions and chickpeas. The meal is ready and you can add some parmesan on top – yum 🙏🏼
